Adams is open for dinner on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6.00pm with last bookings available at 7.30pm.
We have a host of exciting forthcoming evenings this academic year with celebratory themed menus, 5 course tasting menus and some very special collaboration evenings with the finest local restaurants and chefs!
- Wednesday 27th - Italian Evening (Level 2 students)
The second of our Level 2 Professional Chef students’ takeover nights. This group of student have chosen the amazing Campania region of Italy.
Thursday 28th - Front of House Evening (Level 3 students)
Enjoy a three course meal with dishes chosen by our fantastic Front of House team!

Enjoy a five course tasting menu, from one of our former Level 3 Professional Chef Diploma student, Arjun Chambers.
- Thursday 4th - Viridi Takeover Evening
Five course vegan tasting menu by pop-up restaurant chef, Lee Simpson. Showcasing how amazing vegetables can be when you let them take centre-stage, many of the ingredients Lee uses are locally sourced, foraged or grown on his allotment.
- Wednesday 24th - St George’s Day A delicious five course, English themed menu to celebrate St. George’s Day this April.
- Wednesday 1st - The Black Bull Restaurant Takeover
The Black Bull is a Two Rosette bistro in Blidworth and was a runner-up in the Nottingham Post Food and Drink Awards 2018. Their chef, Lewis Kuciers, won Best Young Chef 2018.
