Lunch

Lunch service is available during term-time on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 12.00pm - 1.30pm.

Evening

Adams is open for dinner during term-time on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6.00pm with last bookings available at 7.30pm.

We have a host of exciting forthcoming evenings this academic year with celebratory themed menus, 5 course tasting menus and some very special collaboration evenings with the finest local restaurants and chefs!

January

Wednesday 29th January - Spice Evening

Enjoy three courses for £17.95 and experience the delights of different spices with choices including Tandoori Paneer, Bouillabaisse and Dark Chocolate and Chilli Cheescake

Thursday 30th January - Vegetarian Evening

Embrace vegetarian cuisine with this three course meal. Choices include Haricot Blanc Veloute, Wild Mushrooms with Rosemary Gnocchi and Dark Chocolate Tart.

February

Wednesday 5th February - French Evening

With a choice of two five course tasting menus, immerse yourself in French cuisine with dishes such as Confit Duck Leg with Cassoulet and Twice Baked Goats Cheese Souffle with Ratatouille.

Thursday 6th February - Ashley Chamberlain Takeover Evening

Former Professional Chef Diploma Level 3 Ashley Chamberlain returns following a very successful evening at The Adams Restaurant in 2019. You can read more about Ashley here.

Wednesday 12th and Thursday 13th February - St Valentine’s Day

Enjoy three courses and a glass of prosecco for just £22.95!

Wednesday 19th and Thursday 20th February - Half Term

The restaurant will be closed this week for the half term break

Wednesday 26th February - Modern British Evening

This evening, the students will be preparing a choice of two five course tasting menus showcasing the best of modern British cuisine.

Thursday 27th February - St David’s Day

Celebrating St David’s Day, the students will be showcasing the best of Welsh produce and presenting a choice of five course tasting menus.

Thursday 5th March - Pie Night

To celebrate British Pie Week, the students will be preparing a three course menu. The choice of pies include beef, fish or vegetarian.
