  • Wednesday 23rd – Winter Comforts evening
An evening of seasonal fayre oozing warmth and cosiness. Spicy mulled cider on arrival
  • Thursday 24th – Burns’ Night 2019
Join us and Scotland in raising a glass in patriotic celebration of national bard, Robert Burns. Kilt not essential but revelry is. And of course central to the evening, love it or loathe it - haggis is the symbolic heart of Burns Night (alternatives available!)
  • Wednesday 30th – ‘No Heat’ Evening
The raw food movement say cooking food above 48 degrees centigrade means natural enzymes in the food begin to degrade losing a great part of their nutritional value. Join us in exploring some of the exciting new ways of creating fantastic raw dishes into your diet which can have amazing health benefits
  • Thursday 31st – Nordic Evening
A celebration of traditional and ‘New Nordic Cuisine’ which was propelled by and found inspiration in ideas and a manifesto written by food activist and entrepreneur Claus Meyer and a number of Scandinavian chefs in 2004 in Copenhagen. The pioneering chefs sought to emphasize the need for what they described as “purity, simplicity and freshness” as well as increased use of seasonal foods
