Fletchers History

We’re so proud of what we’re achieved over the last 15 years, and excitingly our new venue opened in May 2021 and we began the next chapter. Uniquely our restaurant is staffed by students working towards their qualifications in Hospitality and Catering, who are trained and supervised by industry professionals whilst gaining experience in a real working restaurant.

Famous take-over evenings or specially themed evenings focusing on local ingredients are a regular event at Fletchers. Some of these distinctive evenings are hosted with our alumni, who now own their own eateries and businesses or have appeared on shows like MasterChef The Professionals.

These alumni return to work with our students to research, prepare and serve unique menus at fantastic prices that you will not experience anywhere else.

Fletchers strives to offer today’s quality dining experience with tomorrow’s future stars. Staffed by students supervised by industry professionals. Longer term, the vision for Fletchers incorporates dining, theatre and events as a whole experience and will be marketed as a destination to enjoy all three offers when the theatre opens in late 2021.

2020 saw us bid a fond farewell to The Adams Restaurant and turn the page to look ahead to our exciting move to superb new facilities in Nottingham College City Hub, when we open as Fletchers in 2021.

Everything you loved about Adams will be maintained; our exceptional quality dishes at affordable prices, delivered with service to match, and set within in a fresh new contemporary environment. We will be continuing with our ever popular seasonal set lunch menus, regular themed evenings and collaborations with award-winning chefs as we look forward to giving you a dining experience to remember once again.
