Our grand launch evening was set to be Wednesday 27th January 2021, however with the current pandemic restrictions lifting we are thrilled to say that the new Gala menu evening shall be Wed 19th May 2021.
Any bookings that were made for the original evening in January will be contacted to see if they wish to hold their booking for what will be a wonderful evening in May. - Please note this evening is now fully booked!

Classic French cookery enhanced by a handful of modern techniques. Feast upon five sumptuous seasonal courses featuring highlights such as grilled red gurnard, hollandaise, sourdough toast, chervil for the fish course, followed by the plat principal seared duck breast, Puy lentils, French beans, and finishing on all time tangy favourite Tart au citron, crème fraîche, candied lemon peel.

Nose-to-tail eating’ is a philosophy of using every part of the animal in food preparation, letting nothing go to waste.
Aside from its appeal as a more traditional diet, it's also one of the most economically and environmentally friendly ways to approach working with meat.
A whistle stop tour of the world’s cuisines with a deft touch with spice, with highlights from the Middle East, shish tawook flat bread, jerk gurnard from the Caribbean and on to Mexico for a rich, fruity and spicy beef mole and pico de gallo and finishing with a mouth-watering caramelised pineapple, pink peppercorns and lime sorbet.

Whether your meat free or reducing your meat intake we have a real treat lined up for you with our 5 course vegetarian menu. Highlights include heritage tomatoes, broad beans, Nottingham ricotta and tarragon vinaigrette, summer squash tortellini and rocket pesto, sesame crusted tofu, soba noodles, soy egg, pink onions, pak choi, vegetable dashi and dark chocolate tart, compressed strawberries and basil.

Starting with the very best from our shoreline with a fantastic array of dishes comprising of salmon tartar, egg yolk, torched pickled cucumber and nori hollandaise, black bream, lemon & rapeseed oil mash, clams, squid ink linguine and charred octopus, tomato & fennel risotto to name a few.

The finale of our British evening series culminating in a crescendo of beautiful seasonal produce utilised with real craft and creativity. Highlights include pressed chicken terrine, broad bean salad followed by confit salmon, courgette & herb salad, elderflower dressing, on to seared lamb rump, confit potato, asparagus, summer squash purée and then black pepper strawberries, basil cream and elderflower meringue to conclude the feast!
The 4th annual Week of Italian Cuisine in the World is an initiative developed to promote Italian culinary traditions and food and wine connoisseurship as a distinctive trait of Italian identity and culture. We pull out all of the stops to celebrate the joys of Italian cuisine with a range regional specialities including beef carpaccio, salmon ravioli, Ischia-style braised rabbit and tarragon gnocchi and torta Barozzi and roast almond ice cream for the perfect dolce.
