Fletch­ers History

We’re so proud of what we’ve achieved over the last 15 years, and excit­ing­ly our new venue opened in May 2021 and we began the next chap­ter. Unique­ly our restau­rant is staffed by stu­dents work­ing towards their qual­i­fi­ca­tions in Hos­pi­tal­i­ty and Cater­ing, who are trained and super­vised by indus­try pro­fes­sion­als whilst gain­ing expe­ri­ence in a real work­ing restau­rant.

Famous take-over evenings or spe­cial­ly themed evenings focus­ing on local ingre­di­ents are a reg­u­lar event at Fletch­ers. Some of these dis­tinc­tive evenings are host­ed with our alum­ni, who now own their own eater­ies and busi­ness­es or have appeared on shows like Mas­terChef The Pro­fes­sion­als.

These alum­ni return to work with our stu­dents to research, pre­pare and serve unique menus at fan­tas­tic prices that you will not expe­ri­ence any­where else.

Fletch­ers strives to offer today’s qual­i­ty din­ing expe­ri­ence with tomor­row’s future stars. Staffed by stu­dents super­vised by indus­try pro­fes­sion­als. Longer term, the vision for Fletch­ers incor­po­rates din­ing, the­atre and events as a whole expe­ri­ence and will be mar­ket­ed as a des­ti­na­tion to enjoy all three offers when the the­atre opens in late 2021

2020 saw us bid a fond farewell to The Adams Restau­rant and turn the page to look ahead to our excit­ing move to superb new facil­i­ties in Not­ting­ham Col­lege City Hub, when we open as Fletch­ers in 2021

Every­thing you loved about Adams will be main­tained; our excep­tion­al qual­i­ty dish­es at afford­able prices, deliv­ered with ser­vice to match, and set with­in in a fresh new con­tem­po­rary envi­ron­ment. We will be con­tin­u­ing with our ever pop­u­lar sea­son­al set lunch menus, reg­u­lar themed evenings and col­lab­o­ra­tions with award-win­ning chefs as we look for­ward to giv­ing you a din­ing expe­ri­ence to remem­ber once again.
