A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to perform the role of International Project Co-ordinator.
The post is within the International department at EMTEC College, Ruddington and focusing on the automotive industry but may also require travel to other campuses as part of the role.
We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual with an administration background and someone that can communicate (speaking and written) in Mandarin and English, contributing towards the delivery of a high quality educational experience for all projects, with the highest standards of customer care.
The role will provide administrative support to the Line Manager, our International partners and the wider International department team (based in China), co-ordinating and ensuring, effective and responsive administration processes that meets the needs of all stakeholders and Chinese colleges.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have the skills and abilities of working and supporting teams within an administrative and translation role. As well as some knowledge / understanding of UK and China education environment.
They will have excellent communication skills and work in conjunction with Chinese colleges, Finance department and Line Manager/s as well as relevant China based colleagues, supporting the quality processes through monitoring actions, deadlines and ensuring consistency across the International provision.
The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate that they can use technologies supporting translation, communication for China and will continue to update their skills through Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
