Our Construction Apprenticeship Faculty are looking for an enthusiastic and caring person to take on this important role as Achievement Coach. You will have an understanding of the needs of further education students and the Barriers they face in achieving their dreams, you will be expected to work closely with the Vocational, Maths and English team and therefore require excellent communication skills. You will have a vital role in the pastoral support of our learners and a key part of this will be monitoring attendance and conducting reviews with employers and apprentices at their place of work, you may also be required to provide 1-1 targeted support for our vulnerable learners.
