Due to the retirement of the current post holder, we now seek an experienced and forward thinking individual to fulfil the duties of Clerk to the Corporation.The Clerk will work with and advise our Governors to ensure that our governance arrangements represent the best in the sector; all statutory requirements are met including the efficient conduct of corporation business and advising the board on the proper exercise of powers set within the statutory instruments.

You will need a thorough understanding of the FE landscape, excellent administrative skills and be confident in working productively with and advising the Board of Governors and Executive Leadership Team of the College.The role does require flexibility; formal meetings take place within College term time but are generally held in the evenings.
