Nottingham College is looking to recruit a permanent strategic digital and IT expert to be part of its collaborative Leadership Team.

The Director of IT & Digital Innovation will lead the digital strategy, which will attract significant investment over the coming years. The Director will be the in-house strategic expert on infrastructure and development, placing Nottingham College at the very forefront of digital innovation.

The Director will be familiar with the award-winning digital innovations taking place across the FE sector and at the heart of the digital strategy will be the drive to improve outcomes for all learners and in line with the College’s wider strategic aims. The postholder will work in collaboration with the Directors of Quality & Performance and Estates to prioritise the enabling of technology and connectivity across all campuses, which will support the delivery of an excellent learning experience. They will lead the procurement strategy for new software and hardware across the College to ensure value for money, longevity, and consistency.

The Director will lead on transforming the delivery of services and will succeed in creating a positive culture around embracing digital, which will maximise the usage of IT systems and support the development of agile and flexible working across all sites.
