You will be responsible for the administrative activities in relation to the e-learning project, working with colleagues across the College to ensure learners have a responsive service from the point of expressing an interest through to completion.
This important role will be central to the operation of a new and exciting project for the college.With the introduction of e-learning courses for those interested in new vocations and employees updating their skills you will be adept at ensuring participants have a seamless and high quality experience.
You will be confident to engage with external agencies and have excellent communication skills.Dealing with potential participants you will deliver complex information for those requiring advice on fees and eligibility.
Internally you will liaise with various delivery departments to ensure engagement of staff assessing and quality assuring are put in place expediently at the commencement of participants learning journey.
You will be highly ICT literate with the ability to rapidly understand the e-learning platform and to subsequently instruct colleagues in its use. You will also work with colleagues across college to respond to requests to report from the e-learning platform in agreed timescales.
The successful appointee will be able to manage their own workload and prioritise their own work.
