Administration Apprentice
Job description
As an Administration Apprentice, you will be joining our friendly and dynamic team to provide support in relation to administration. Your duties will include website updates, changing product pricing and site checks as well as other tasks.
We need a proactive and driven individual, with the ability to achieve results whilst being able to take advice and feedback on board to constantly develop and improve.
The responsibilities of the role are to support and engage with different parts of the organization. With a focus on adding value, the role of business administrator contributes to the efficiency of an organisation, through support of functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues as requested. The flexibility and responsiveness required allows the apprentice to develop a wide range of skills.
The business administrator is expected to deliver their responsibilities efficiently and with integrity –showing a positive attitude. The role involves demonstrating strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and adopting a proactive approach to developing skills. The business administrator is also expected to show initiative, manage priorities, and own time, problem-solving skills and decision-making.
Responsibilities and duties include:
- Fulfil website updates: updating content & uploading images
- Change product pricing
- Conduct site checks and write a report for the team
- Fulfil basic Analytics tasks such as: weekly reporting on main commercial KPIs, ad hoc analytical tasks on Excel, tracking, compiling, and analysing website usage data
- Help with the administration of office weekly processes
- An element of online customer service and administration
- General administrative duties
- Communicating with the management team
