We have a track record of supporting apprentices, we are now looking to take on additional apprentices to join our team. As a member of the apprenticeship team, you will be fully trained to be able to carry out a range of administrative and IT related tasks.

As the UK's largest suppliers of temporary labour to the hospitality, catering and event management sector, our service covers the recruitment, training, onsite management and payroll function for clients, allowing them to concentrate on the delivery of a great event or sporting experience.

As a member of the apprenticeship team, you will be fully trained to be able to carry out a range of administrative and IT related tasks including:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Interviewing potential candidates
  • Placing them into work positions
  • Dealing with clients
  • Working with clients at events in the UK (with a colleague)
  • Dealing with emails
  • Other routine office administration tasks

Skills required

  • Confident communicator via phone dealing with prestigious customer enquiries
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Accuracy
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word would be useful, but support can be given
  • Knowledge of the Internet and search tools, for researching information

Qualifications required

  • GCSE English & Maths grades A*- D or equivalent.
  • We are more interested in someone’s personal skills, confidence, verbal communications and willingness to learn and develop with the company

Candidate requirements

The office is located on the first floor without lift access.

Working weekends is normal in this industry. However you will have 2 other days off in the week.

DESIRABLE - Full UK Driving Licence (You will have access to one of our cars, so you don’t need to have your own vehicle)

Training provided

In house training to be provided on all aspects of the role

City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration
Functional Skills in Literacy, Numeracy & ICT if not exempt

Future progression

For the right candidate we are looking to retain them and offer ongoing employment, potentially into a Recruitment Consultant role
