Job description

An amazing opportunity to join a well established and award winning training company. Challenge Consulting is a provider of management and leadership training with it's own training centre. The successful applicant will support with all aspects of administration of courses from course bookings through to meet and greet of visitors.

As a member of this team, the successful candidate guarantees to provide the best possible customer service to maintain customer satisfaction.

To be successful, you will be able to communicate confidently and coherently, be an effective team member, be proactive and adaptable to the requirements of the role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors and course attendees
  • Administration of courses including registering of delegates and printing / collation of course notes
  • Assisting the trainers with preparation of course materials
  • Creating and publishing course details onto various online platforms
  • Taking enquiries from customers
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times
  • Hospitality and generally ensuring the comfort of visitors
