The Apprentice Programme will help you to gain a broad range of skills used in a fast moving sales environment.
You will learn how to quickly identify a customer's needs and interests, promote the features and benefits of vehicles and negotiate sales.
The skills attained on the programme will last a lifetime.
Job duties will include the following:
- Answer phones
- Serve customers
- Help with customer handovers
- Become motability accredited
- Become FCA accredited
- Transporter arrivals
- Moving car for sales department
- Display of cars on compound, keeping it organised
- Assisting sales staff
- Development with on job training

Off the job, training will be provided virtually throughout the course of the programme. No attendance at College necessary.
