Business Admin Apprentice

Job description

Shortlist Marketing are looking to recruit a hardworking and dedicated office administrator for their company, to assist with duties such as, updating and cleansing databases, importing/exporting data to the CRM etc.

This role is designed to support the daily operations of the sales team, reporting directly to the Head of Operations. Adapting and responding to client demands, they will assist with reporting, data management, administration and research as and when needed.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Updating and cleansing databases
  • Importing/exporting data to the CRM
  • Compiling weekly reports
  • Analysing data and creating bespoke reports
  • Assisting with Sales and Marketing activities as needed
  • Sending emails and sales/marketing other communications
  • Conducting research
  • Assisting with Quality Assurance
  • Diary management for the management team
  • Assisting with account management when needed
  • Offering recommendations for improvement
  • Answering the phone and interacting with clients
  • Communicating with the management team
  • General administrative duties
