Business Administrative Apprentice — Business Development Team
Job description
As the business administration apprentice, you will be a pivotal member of the business development team, performing general administrative duties and providing support to all teams and stakeholders as required. Monitor and process enquiries that need manual input. Create new deals and contacts for the Lease Extension, Litigation and Enfran teams.
Day to day duties will include but not limited to:
- Monitor and process enquiries that need manual input
- Create new deals and contacts for the Lease Extension, Litigation and Enfran teams
- Filter out ‘weaker’ instructions with first stage qualification emails
- Update our case handling system with ‘Qualified’ enquiry detail
- Undertake early qualification calls where necessary
- Liaise with clients on early-stage questions to triage and progress
The post holder may be required to undertake any other duties which may reasonably be required as within the nature of the duties and responsibilities of the post as defined, subject to the provision that normally any changes of a permanent nature shall be incorporated into the role profile in specific terms.
Personal Qualities:
- A confident communicator, interacting with a variety of stakeholders. Good administration skills, including word processing and data entry and accuracy
- Interested in developing a career in admin
- Personable, enthusiastic, and pro-active personality, personal team player – working within a busy team
- Willing to learn
