Duties would include processing and managing customer orders, plus much more. We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to help us achieve our goals.
As a Business Administrator at an e-commerce office supplies company like Office Essentials, you would be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the business to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Your role would be multifaceted, involving a range of tasks that would help to keep the company running smoothly.
Managing Customer Orders:
- You would be to process and manage customer orders. This would involve verifying order accuracy, communicating with customers to provide order updates, and ensuring timely and efficient order fulfilment
General day-to-day looking after our e-commerce accounts:
- Responding to feedback, Return requests, appealing defects and listing optimisation
Manage On-line Content:
- You will be responsible for updating and maintaining product listings, pricing information, and product descriptions on the e-commerce website. This will require you to work closely with the e-commerce team to ensure that all product information is accurate and up to date
Provide customer service support:
- One of your primary responsibilities as a Business Administrator You will be responsible for providing customer service support, which may include responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing general support to customers as needed
Analyse sales data:
- You will be responsible for analysing sales data and providing insights to the e-commerce team to help improve on-line sales performance. This may involve generating reports, analysing website traffic data, and monitoring customer feedback
Supporting Other Departments:
- You would provide support to other departments, such as sales and marketing, by providing information on product availability, pricing, and promotions. You would also work closely with the finance department to ensure that invoices are paid on time and that all financial records are accurate and up to date
Overall, the role of a Business Administrator at an office supplies e-commerce company would require a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
