Due to growth and expansion, a rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer care administrator to join Hey Baby 4D Franchise Head Office based in Ruddington.

Our clinics are open all weekend and a couple of days during the week. When they are closed they need a friendly and professional person answering their phones, handling customer queries and confirming bookings. If you think you are the suitable person to fulfil this role APPLY NOW.

This role is paramount to the continued development and growth of the Hey Baby 4D franchise. Our business is built on relationships, both with our Franchisees, their customers and each other. Our Franchisees will rely heavily on you to protect their amazing reputations by providing a professional and efficient service

Duties to include:

  • Answering the phone and directing calls as necessary
  • Dealing with simple customer queries
  • Confirming bookings and sending booking confirmation emails
  • Answering Facebook messages
  • Creating social media content
  • Administrative support to the wider franchise team

Qualifications required

9-3/A*-D in maths and English at GCSE (or equivalent) desirable but not essential.

Candidate requirements

Please note that anyone under the age of 18 will only work a maximum of 40 hours per week. Any role which exceeds these hours on advert will be amended accordingly to fall in line with the legislation.

This apprenticeship is work based learning therefore most of the time you will be working at the employers address.

Candidate must be able to travel to the workplace according to working hours.

Training provided

Intermediate Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 2 - 12 months.

  • Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration
  • Functional Skills English, maths and ICT Level 2 if required

This apprenticeship is 1 day per week at the college term time only 9am - 5pm with the other days based at the workplace.

Future progression

Potential opportunity for a permanent role within the company following successful completion of the apprenticeship.
