Bravo Lighting Limited is a fast-growing wholesaler and distributor in the lighting industry. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be joining our friendly and dynamic team to serve hundreds of lighting shops across the UK.
As a member of this team, the successful candidate guarantees to provide the best possible customer service to maintain customer satisfaction.
To be successful, you will be able to communicate confidently and coherently, be an effective team member, be proactive and adaptable to the requirements of the role.
· Answering and dealing with incoming customer queries via phone and email
· Assisting with after sales enquiries
· Communicate technical product information with customers
· Processing purchase orders
· Arranging deliveries with our couriers
· Generating shipping labels
· Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure orders are processed correctly
· Other tasks as requested
