Job description

Nottingham College are looking for a hardworking Customer Service Assistant, to join their friendly and dynamic team within their Contact Centre & Enquiry Handling service. They will be part of the wider Student Services team.

As a member of this team, the successful candidate guarantees to provide the best possible customer service to maintain customer satisfaction. To be successful, you will be able to communicate confidently and coherently, be an effective team member, be proactive and adaptable to the requirements of the role.

Responsibilities will include:

· Answering and dealing with incoming customer queries via phone, email, live chat, and CRM.

· Offering initial advice and guidance

· Offering advice relating to student services queries

· Covering reception desk

· Other tasks as requested
