Digital Marketing/​Social Media Administration Apprentice

Job description

As a Digital Marketing/Administration Apprentice, you will be joining our friendly and dynamic team to provide support in relation to our social media output, either as part of a team or individually. Conduct site checks and write reports for the team.

We need a proactive and driven individual, with the ability to achieve results whilst being able to take advice and feedback on board to constantly develop and improve. Adapting and responding to community demands, you will be responsible for creating and delivering multi-channel lead engagement with the goal of generating high-quality leads and helping our community grow.

Responsibilities and duties include:

  • Supporting online community and spreading awareness
  • Engaging with leads
  • Supporting community growth
  • Maintaining the brand across all network
  • Conduct site checks and write reports for the team
  • Fulfil basic Analytics tasks such as: Weekly reporting on main Commercial KPIs, Ad hoc analytical tasks on Excel, Tracking, compiling, and analysing website usage data
  • Help with the administration of Digital & Marketing Team’s weekly processes
  • Online customer service and administration across various social media platforms to include Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & YouTube
  • General administrative duties
  • Communicating with the management team

Our ideal candidate will be:

  • Educated to a high level of IT and maths
  • Have a passion for marketing and digital and knowledge of growing follower counts
  • Some experience of Hootsuite, Canva, Salesforce & Mailchimp preferable, but not essential as training will be given

  • GCSE or equivalent English & maths 4 or C or Level 2 pass (Desired)

  • Please note that as this is an apprenticeship standard you will be required to sit an end point assessment. Please refer to above link for more information.
  • Functional Skills English and maths if not exempt (Level 2 is required to go forward for End Point Assessment).
  • This apprenticeship will take place at the employers address and students will receive 20% off the job training. During this they will attend online learning sessions via Microsoft Teams.
