Djanogly Northgate Academy have an exciting opportunity, we are looking to appoint enthusiastic, pro-active and well-motivated people for the position of Early Years Apprentice.

We are looking for an enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant Apprentice to join our team. We need someone to work with children across the early years team. We need ambitious and driven candidates with a passion for helping children learn effectively. Everyone who visits our academies comments on the calm atmosphere, the enthusiasm our children have for learning and the great sense of team amongst staff and children alike. In our Trust we value every individual and put our children at the heart of everything we do.

The successful candidates will:

  • Support in preparing the classroom and resources for learning
  • Be creative and have a passion for working with children
  • Motivate and inspire children to learn
  • Have an approachable and confident manner, able to communicate with a wide variety of people including our children.
  • Be able to promote a positive ethos and be a role model to our children
  • Have the confidence to support our children in a 1:1 situation, in the classroom and in small groups
  • Be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Have a willingness to learn and commit to their apprenticeship
  • Foster the participation of pupils in the social and academic processes of the academy
  • Support pupils to become more independent learner
  • Contribute to the wider team in its aim to raise standards of achievement for all pupils
