Internal Service Support Apprenticeship

Job description

Working as part of the Customer Service department of our Number Plates Division, providing technical support for the full range of printing systems and software.

This support covers system installations, servicing, customer training and issues resolution alongside the day-to-day customer service activities.

  • Provide remote technical support including installation, servicing, and repairs
  • Remoting onto customers' PC to diagnose faults/issues
  • Prepare printers, laptops, and other equipment for implementation on-site, including patching
  • Take orders via phone or email and process accurately on Sage
  • Consistently observe Sage and CRM processes to maintain customer and service information
  • Work effectively with other departments – accounts, production, and despatch
  • Contribute to day-to-day Customer Service office activities, including taking and processing orders, issuing license activation codes, and fielding remote technical support
