Job description

To provide support for Service Management Tooling, Integration and The Development Team within an award winning and rapidly growing Managed IT Services Provider.

Responsibilities

General Administrative Activities:

  • Competition of tasks and actives in a timely manner

Ivanti Platform Activities:

  • General Administration
  • New Customer Creation
  • Dashboard Creation
  • Categories and Subcategory management
  • Ad-hoc in-tool reporting
  • Actions are being completed in a timely manner
  • Customer creation in line with transition teams’ deadlines

Service Now:

  • Basic Administration
  • Dashboard Creation
  • Categories and Subcategory management
  • Ad-hoc in-tool reporting
  • Actions are being completed in a timely manner
  • Feedback from team/customer on dashboards

Gameffective Platform:

  • Account creation, mover and leavers
  • Reporting- Actions are being completed in a timely manner
  • Reports produced on schedule
  • Moves completed at actual time of individuals move

Starter and Leaver Activities:

  • Account creation/ deletion/move access and role
  • Account creation in time for the new starter
  • Account deletion completed on date/time individual leaves business
  • Correct access to platforms

Qualifications required

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or Scottish Standard Grade or Junior Certificate in Ireland) at level 4 above, including Mathematics & English

Candidate requirements

The current National Minimum Wage (NMW) rate for apprentices is £3.90 per hour. This applies to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged over 18 in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other apprentices the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The Minimum Wage for Apprentices applies to time spent on the job plus time spent training.

* Please note that anyone under the age of 18 will only work a maximum of 40 hours per week. Any role which exceeds these hours on advert will be amended accordingly to fall in line with the legislation *

This apprenticeship is work based learning therefore most of the time you will be working at the employers address. Depending on your training you will only need to attend college in Nottingham for initial assessments, enrolment and a few other rare occasions.

Training provided

Intermediate Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 2 – Duration 12 months.

  • Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration
  • Functional Skills English, maths and ICT Level 1 if required

This apprenticeship is work based learning therefore most of the time you will be working at the employer’s address. Depending on your training you will only need to attend college in Nottingham for initial assessments, enrolment and fortnightly day release.
