Office Administrator Apprentice
MCC trading Ltd. was founded in 2014 and is a family run company looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join their office. You will be supporting and engaging with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal or external customers.
Assisting in the day-to-day support of:
- Answering emails from customers
- Checking on tracking information from courier
- File claims with couriers
- Printing labels for spare parts and orders
Ensuring excellent customer service by following up customer enquiries, offering ongoing guidance and support on product ranges and policies/procedures.
