Receptionist/Admin Apprentice

Job description

Gill Insulation are looking to recruit a hardworking and professional receptionist/admin apprentice to join their team. If you want to work for a well-established company that pride themselves on providing a professional service, then this is the job for you!

Day to day duties will include:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Communication with internal staff
  • Sending and replying to emails
  • Ordering materials
  • Send and receive WhatsApp messages
  • Complete a project toward the apprenticeship
  • Produce accurate records and documents
  • Use of Microsoft office packages such as Word, Excel.
  • Understand and use internal policies
