Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor to join our team, with a progression plan to become a Vehicle Damage Assessor. This is a unique and excellent opportunity for an outgoing, enthusiastic person who is keen to learn and progress their career with us.

As the Customer Service Apprentice, you are the first point of contact for our Accident Repair Centre customers and Insurance companies, both face to face and over the telephone.

The role holder will

  • Organise and ensure the efficient booking and repairing of customers' vehicles
  • Support with co-ordinating work in the accident repair centre
  • You will be responsible for ensuring customers work is progressed swiftly and processed in line with company and customer expectations whilst maintaining a positive relationship with all parties. The role will also involve accurate data management and coordinating the distribution of documents

Included within this role is supporting our Vehicle Damage Assessor in

  • Diagnosing
  • Estimating
  • Documenting repairs, parts and productive hours required to complete a job in line with customer and company expectations

This will allow you to get an insight into the Vehicle Damage Assessor role before progressing into the next stage of your apprenticeship. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team. You must have a passion for excellent customer service, be a team player, have great attention to detail and a dedicated and motivated mentality.
