Professional Chefs Diploma Level 1 (PCD1)

Taking your cookery passion and skills that one step further, this course offers advanced training in the cookery profession.

Working in our award winning restaurant – Adams Restaurant and Brasserie at least once a week will give you a good feel of the fast paced environment that professional cookery provides.

Often taking the lead on service, under the guidance and support of your tutors, you will be able to excel in the skills needed to run a kitchen.

The Clarendon centre has state of the art kitchens where you will be able to hone your skills to perfection.

You will also be able to prepare your own menus and maybe even see them in action at the Adams Restaurant.

Careers available to you once finishing the course include; chef, kitchen assistant, restaurant manager and more.  Before you know it you could be planning menus, preparing to oversee the preparation of food in hotels or managing your own kitchen.
