If you’re looking to gain skills and a qualification, working on light vehicles (cars and vans) in all types of vehicle repair facilities, this programme will give you the technical knowledge you need.
The programme covers the technical and practical needs for today’s motor vehicle electrical repair industry.
You will study both the theory and practical aspects of the following:
- Locate and repair simple electrical faults
- Fitment of electrical accessories
- Undertake vehicle inspections
- Removal and refit of electrical, mechanical and trim components
- Materials and tools

Apprenticeship in Auto Electrical and Mobile Electrical
18 - 24 months
Adults who are aged 19+ with appropriate industry experience but without the necessary qualifications are welcome to apply.
All applicants will be required to undertake an assessment in English and maths prior to enrolling.
