The programme covers the technical and practical needs for today’s motor vehicle retail parts industry.
You will cover:
- Selecting and issuing motor vehicle parts
- Receiving and storing motor vehicle parts
- Health and safety
- How to give a positive impression to customers
- Identifying and reporting security risks within a vehicle parts environment

Apprenticeship in Vehicle Parts Operations
12 - 18 months
Adults who are aged 19+ with appropriate industry experience but without the necessary qualifications are welcome to apply.
All applicants will be required to undertake an assessment in English and maths prior to enrolling.
