Course outline

This course will focus on ways to increase and maintain confidence by recognising your own behaviour. Prioritising personal goals to exploring self-reliance and belief for the future.

On this course, you will:

  • Explore the steps to build confidence
  • Practice confident communication in a variety of situations
  • Identify strategies to increase confidence

You will achieve objectives by taking part in group activities, completing written activities and other interactive activities in your session.

No formal qualifications are required.

You should have a good standard of written and spoken English as you will be required to complete a course workbook (Unique Learning Programme) with the support of their your tutor.

Teaching & assessment

Tutors will give verbal feedback during the session. You will be required to complete a short workbook and encouraged to set your own personal targets as part of this course.
