Apprenticeships are a great way to advance in your chosen career. This qualification will prepare you to take on more responsibility in the workplace. Earning a wage whilst also studying for a qualification, an Apprenticeship can give you access to a real working experience, whilst also supplying the support from both your employer and a team of professional assessors from Nottingham College.
NVQ Level 3 provides a further qualification to an advanced standard and concentrates on preparing students to take on more responsibility in the workplace.
This qualification is designed to be assessed in the workplace, or in conditions resembling the workplace. Students must demonstrate through a portfolio of evidence that they meet the relevant standards, and show that they have the required competencies.
In further education or training situations, the assessment is occasionally achieved through 'realistic workplace simulations'.
