Students will learn about many aspects of the catering and hospitality industry and gain valuable practical and teamwork skills.
The qualification is very practical in nature and covers various routes, including cookery, food service and the industry as a whole. Students complete a unit on pastry, cake making and cooking methods.
The course will be delivered over 3 hours each week.
