Building Self Confidence - Part-time

Course outline

The emphasis of this confidence building course is to develop inner confidence.

The following topics will be covered:

  • Strengths and best points
  • Body language, positive thinking,
  • Being confident with people and practical strategies to be confident.
  • A focus on self-awareness and group discussions to build student’s confidence

There are no formal entry requirements required for this course.

Assessment

Tutors will give regular verbal and written feedback. You will be required to complete an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) and encouraged to set your own personal targets as part of this course.

Progression

There may be opportunities to progress onto other courses both in the community and at Nottingham College sites.

The course tutor can discuss appropriate opportunities if you wish to further your learning in this subject area.
