Course outline

The focus of this course will be using practical and creative strategies to build inner confidence and self-esteem.

We will explore values and how this affects our confidence. The aim is to boost our inner confidence by developing creative skills and improving our ability to communicate what we can do.

You will use simple practical crafts to build strategies and develop creative ideas to make your own craft items or gifts that can be shared with family and friends.

Topics include:

  • Confidence boosting tags
  • Positive affirmation cards
  • Personal confidence journal
  • I am… vision board
  • Gratitude album

Assessment

Tutors will give regular verbal and written feedback. You will be required to complete an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) and encouraged to set your own personal targets as part of this course.
