These exciting new courses are designed to equip students with construction and the built environment skills, knowledge and the understanding necessary to achieve high performance in the global construction and the built environment sector.
There is a strong emphasis on employability skills and the knowledge essential for students with entrepreneurial, employment or academic aspirations. Programme content is designed to be appropriate for entry to or progression within the construction sector and to enable students to progress onto higher-level study.
HNC core modules:

From the HNC, you can progress to the Level 5 Higher National Diploma, and then on to the second or third year of an Honours degree in a construction-related discipline (such as a BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering or similar).
Graduates could go on to seek work in construction and project management, quantity surveying, building surveying, site engineering and architectural technology.
