First Aid is a vital skill for everyone. If you are a parent, or in work, you never know when you might be needed to help someone in physical distress, be they injured or ill.
You’ll learn about common ailments and injuries in home and work settings, practice life-saving procedures such as stemming blood flow and clearing airways and administering CPR.
You’ll also learn about how to apply first aid to treat cuts, burns, breaks and respiratory blockages and how to deal with people losing consciousness, suspected heart attacks and strokes and support people in shock.
This truly is an essential course for anyone who could potentially face situations such as those above.
