Course outline

If you are interested in fashion and textiles, this course enables you to acquire the skills and knowledge to progress onto further study or employment in the fashion and textile sector.

You will learn the sewing skills and understanding to make curtains and cushions using the required materials and equipment. You will also develop skills and understanding in basic textile printing and dyeing as well as the use of embroidery for embellishment.

You can expect to develop the practical skills and understanding of a range of textile techniques, working in a well equipped workshop environment and with the support of expert tutors.
