Course introduction
This part-time CMDDA1 course is designed for qualified gas engineers who wish to gain specialist certification in the investigation of carbon monoxide (CO) and carbon dioxide (CO₂) incidents within domestic dwellings. The training and assessment align with the Accredited Certification Scheme (ACS) and equip engineers with the knowledge and practical skills to identify, assess, and report on dangerous atmospheric conditions caused by combustion appliances.

You must have an in-date Core Gas Safety (CCN1) certificate.
The course will include practical assessment and theory and will cover a range of areas.
