Course introduction

This course provides essential training and certification for installers working with unvented hot water systems in domestic properties. Designed for those new to this area of work, the programme covers the legal, technical, and practical aspects of installing, servicing, and maintaining unvented hot water storage systems in compliance with Building Regulations and G3 requirements.

This assessment enables experienced plumbers to become qualified in Domestic Unvented Hot Water Storage Systems including installation, maintenance and commissioning.

Course information

8 hours

Experience and knowledge of Plumbing and Heating systems, and or NVQ Level 2/3 plumbing and heating qualification.

Assessment is by practical tests and a theory exam.
