Course outline

This course is designed to give an insight into exercise, physical activity and the importance of living a healthy lifestyle.

You will review your current lifestyle and learn about different types of exercise and try new activities and review the impact of this exercise on the body.

A basic introduction to anatomy and physiology will form part of the course.

This is a good starter course for people that may wish to progress to a higher level course in training, exercise and/or sport.
