Course outline
This is an informal course which combines Aromatherapy essential oils and Reflexology points to hands or feet.
It is an ideal taster to develop and learn new skills using some simple tools to safely integrate the use of this treatment into your home life for personal use.
During the course you will learn how to choose specific essential oils and apply them over reflex points to the feet or hands to help with physical and emotional symptoms.

Entry requirements | No formal qualifications necessary All learners should attend regularly and be punctual. Health questionnaire completed by class member or WAP where appropriate. All students are required to complete a mandatory course workbook (Unique Learning Programme) each week, with the support of their course tutor. This course is suited for students new to essential oils and reflexology but also for students who have a bit of knowledge in these subjects. NOTE: This is a non-accredited course. |
Teaching & assessment | Tutors will give regular verbal and written feedback. Learners will be required to complete a short workbook and encouraged to set their own personal targets as part of this course. |

Additional information | About the Tutor Anita is an accomplished teacher and trainer and complementary therapist who brings over 20 years industry experience, skills, and knowledge within this subject. She has worked in a diverse range of clinical settings from mental health, pre-natal and post-natal, menopause to her current role in palliative care. |
