Course outline
This course is ideal for employees that wish to develop their knowledge and skills in digital marketing, enabling them to create effective digital and social media strategies for their business.
At the end of the course, you will be able to:
- Understand and apply basic marketing principles
- Understand and apply the customer lifecycle
- Understand the similarities and differences, including positives and negatives, of all the major digital and social media platforms
- Understand the main components of digital and social media strategies
