Course outline

This practical and theory course is perfect if you are aged 19+ and interested in the sport injury, rehabilitation and prevention aspects of the sports industry.

During the course, you will:

  • Identify key factors that can impact injury within Sports and Exercise
  • Explain injury prevention techniques for an athlete
  • Develop and apply a rehabilitation programme for an athlete
