Course outline

This course is a great introduction to IT and Office Technologies and is suitable for ESOL students.

You will learn about:

  • Spreadsheets: develop your maths and IT skills and learn to create spreadsheets that help businesses make decisions
  • Presentation graphics: develop your written English and give a presentation to a small audience
  • Basics of PC maintenance: find out how a PC works, how to put a PC together and how to make sure it works properly
  • Customer service: develop your spoken English skills, and to learn the best way to deal with customers both in person and over the telephone

In addition you will study Functional Skills in English and Maths.
