Have you always wished that you could treat your friends and family to a well-earned massage after a hard day at work or a difficult week?
Most of the sessions will be practical, and by the end of the course, you will be able to safely carry out a seated massage routine of the head, neck and shoulders on your friends and family.
- How to give a simple massage routine
- The benefits and therapeutic effects of massage
- When not to massage
- Simple anatomy of the relevant areas
- Relaxation techniques
Please note that this course will not qualify you to become a professional therapist or to practice on the public.
