Course outline

Have you always wished that you could treat your friends and family to a well-earned massage after a hard day at work or a difficult week?

By studying this course, you can! You’ll be able to safely carry out massages on friends and family, to enable them to relax and enjoy being pampered.

You will cover:

  • How to give a simple massage routine
  • The benefits and therapeutic effects of massage
  • When not to massage
  • Simple anatomy of the relevant areas
  • Relaxation techniques

Most of the sessions will be practical, and by the end of the course you will be able to safely carry out a seated massage routine of the head, neck and shoulders on your friends and family.

Please note that this course will not qualify you to become a professional therapist or to practice on the general public.
