This course is an opportunity to explore practical ways to manage the effects of anxiety.
On this course, you will:
- Explore the cycle of anxiety
- Identify a variety of coping strategies
- Develop a positive action plan of self-management strategies
You will achieve objectives by taking part in group activities, completing written activities and other interactive activities in your session.

You should have a good standard of written and spoken English as you will be required to complete a course workbook (Unique Learning Programme) with the support of their your tutor.
