Professional Sewing Skills (Level 2) — Part-time

Course outline

This course is perfect for any beginner who has never sewn before, or wants a refresher course in sewing.

It will introduce you to sewing techniques for garment making. You’ll progress through each of the sewing techniques, practising how to make a collar, cuffs, button stands, sleeves, plackets and button holes in calico fabric. You will develop a portfolio of advanced sewing techniques and produce a garment using the skills acquired.

You can expect a friendly and inclusive atmosphere, excellent tutor teaching, new knowledge and skills in sewing and opportunities to develop your creativity.
