Project Management (ILM Level 3 Award — ESF Funded) — Online Learning
Course outline
This course provides an opportunity for employees working in an existing role that requires project management, or are aspiring to be, who want to develop their project management knowledge and skills to progress within their career and become more effective and confident in their role.
You can expect to learn:
- Basic project design
- Simple tools for financial appraisal of projects
- Project planning tools
- Milestones to monitor performance
- Project evaluation
- Plan, conduct and evaluate a project briefing or presentation
The qualification is unit-based and the content will differ according to the combination of units used by each delivery course.
The following units will be included in the qualification:
- Managing workplace projects
- Giving briefings and making presentations
