Do you want to feel calm, sleep better and reduce high blood pressure?

Studies have shown meditation can change how you feel - with quick results.

Each class will start with some gentle movement, followed by a long deep relaxation to prepare you for a guided meditation.

  • Learn how to relax the physical body
  • Simulates the same relaxation cycle as sleeping
  • Effective physical pain relief
