Summer Ceramics — Decorating Skills — Part-time
Course outline
This course is perfect for students who want to develop and improve their ceramic decorative techniques.
It is aimed at students with previous knowledge or ceramics who are looking to experiment with and improved the decorative surfaces.
We will be exploring resists, slips, underglazes and glazing techniques as well as covering basic glaze chemistry. You will leave with a better understanding of ceramic surface decoration and how to achieve professional standard results.
The course is limited to 14 spaces – due to resources.
You will receive an induction to the ceramic studio, excellent tutor guidance, access to clay & resources and lots of enthusiasm and support.
